Follow the steps below to complete onboarding and carrier setup.

Before You Get Started
Estimated time to complete: 20–30 minutes
Required:
- Active state license
- NPN number
- AHIP (if applicable for carrier submissions)
Have ready:
- Driver's license
- W-9 and direct deposit info (if requested)
- Proof of address (if requested)
Important: Watch your email for invitations to register for
AgentSync and Nextere. Complete both registrations as soon as you receive them.
Common Reasons Contracting Gets Delayed
- Name mismatch (license vs W-9)
- Incorrect NPN entered
- Expired/inactive state license
- Upload file type issues
- Missing residency/address documentation

Goal: Try to complete Getting Started + Days 1–2 in one sitting.
Getting Started
- Look out for email invitations for AgentSync and Nextere
- Confirm logins work
- Verify license status + NPN
- Gather required documents
Days 1–2
- Complete setup in AgentSync / Nextere
- Upload required documents
- Use the guides if anything is unclear
Days 3–4
- Submit contracting
- Upload any missing documents
- Common stall point: name/NPN mismatch or missing PDFs
Days 5–6
- Check carrier statuses
- Follow up on any "Action Needed" items
Day 7
- Confirm submissions and next steps
- Verify "Ready To Sell" status
- Prepare to enroll clients once approved
